Hello, again! Welcome back! It's Christmas Day (doesn't feel like it), and I have a best friend now. She's typing this for me as I pace the room, thinking.

My Christmas List

I know Christmas is right around the corner... 17 Days to be exact. (According to my little friend here, that counts till Christmas Eve.) So, I decided to make a Christmas list. I've not thought about anything for Winter specifically, since I don't go outside much. I'm an indoor girl.

But I managed to compile my wishlist. In order are the things I want.

1. A new Best Friend
2. A dog.
3. Clothes
4. Music
5. Some video games & a Wii
6. crazy socks


And that's all the stuff I'm hoping for. People have been dropping hints (which really annoys me) about things I'm getting, or will get. But I know for sure that I am getting a best friend. I wanted to decide, but Mom said no. She told me that it's "superficial" and rude. So, I'm rolling with the punches.

And I wanted to mention some upcoming events on my blog.

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and the 26th, I will not be writing a a post.

Also, on the twelve days leading up to Christmas.... well, you can guess.

Picnik Pictures

This is what I've been using for my signatures and my header. I love it! What do you think of it?

Finally! A header!

Yes, it's a little lot bigger than I though, and I resized it over 5 times. I finally got it to where it would show everything, except the (c) copyright symbol. I used Picnik to add text to my already lovely photo.

But what do you think? I actually like it! I think I'm going to change it as the seasons go by. Or I'm going to change it on Christmas eve or something to make it festive.

A little Photoshoot.

I wanted to show off my new outfit, which isn't really new. I got it in 2006 (4 years before I arrived) for the Tolly Tots. We finally went to get their clothes out of the attic. The pants are too tight for me, but the stretchy pants and shirts aren't!

Here's my pictures. Sorry for the lighting. We only took them about 5 minutes ago. The little dog is Todo, who is also a Tolly Tot.

Changes.

Hello everyone, Sophia's human here. I wanted to notify you of changes to her blog and her character. Sophie decided to change because she felt like the whole French-Sophie thing was too used. She wanted me to notify you, in case a huge wave of "out cry" would arise. But, I notified her it would not.

These changes include:

Sophie's name is no longer Sophie Natalia Girard. It is Sophia Ruby Rosenthal, and she is Russian.
Her mother is a Russian immigrant, and her father is not close to her.
Sophie *now* likes to express her opinion, as she told me when I picked out her outfit for today.

And I am going to go back and edit these things, so if you notice a change in the posts, please don't think anything of it. I am going to leave comments right where they are.

Ho-Ho-Ho! The Holidays are here!

Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells!


The holidays are upon us! My favorite time of year... also the most Wonderful! I'm excited about getting a tree- a nine footer, just like last year.

It's the hap-happiest season of all!


I've been wearing my slippers to sleep! And even though it never snows (it snowed in February. FEBRUARY of all times!), I'm still finding myself snuggling with a teddy bear and sipping hot cocoa past midnight. (Shh, no one knows!)

But the holidays are my favorite time of year. Especially since this is both Beatrice's and my first Christmas. I remember workers taking a break, leaving me and all the other non-bought dolls to sit in shelves (or in boxes if some unlucky parent was too late to purchase in time for even rush shipping.), watching the lights go off. It wasn't lonely, but I remember asking to take multiple Ibuprofen when I got out of my box.

So what're your holiday plans?
